Rules

Here are some rules to join the fanlist. I know you all hate rules, but oh well must follow it^^  Don't worrie they aren't that strict to follow.

1. you MUST be fan of Soiree somehow I don't care whether you are his expert or not just being fan is enough for joining. If you aren't a fan, but would like to join that's fine too... just don't be his Anti-fans....T_T
2. Be nice to everyone in the member section and that includes me, the webmistress.
3. you MUST have a valid name: I recommand using an alias or real name, not something that would offend others.
ex) Kurosaki Ishimaru (o) Inulover (x) Inufan (o) I_hate_you (x)
4. you MUST type valid email so I could contact you easily. If you have a website make sure the url is valid as well.
5. You must put the code up linked back to Twilight1004 before as soon as you joined (only website people applied)
6. If your site is related to Hentai, you can still apply, but I strongly recommand you put a warning sign or somesort on your splash page for other visitors who might be visiting your site.
